Operations Manager -Corporate Property

My client is an award-winning practice with offices in both Scotland and North East England. They are specialists within property and act for thousands of private and commercial clients. They are seeking to appoint an experienced operations manager to oversee the property team.

The Role,

You will have overall responsibility for the management of the Corporate property sales and Corporate conveyancing teams. You will be expected to provide end to end corporate property service to clients.

Key Responsibilities for the Operations Manager would be include but noted limited to;

  • Co-ordinating workloads to ensure all clients' service level agreements are being adhered to.
  • Managing volumes, workloads and client expectations to ensure service standards are being delivered.
  • Driving new business into the department by developing case management systems, reviewing the services offered and training and supporting the personnel to carry out key tasks
  • Delivering key performance metrics and managing targets within the dedicated teams to ensure agreed budgets and fee targets are met
  • Complete familiarisation with all client service level agreements in place. Active involvement and participation of all re-tender or new tender processes including drafting sales pitches, answering RFI and drafting fee scales

The candidate;

You will hold a degree in law or management-based subject with a minimum of 2:1 and will ideally have a background in conveyancing or Property. You have an in depth knowledge of property sales and purchases, it would be ideal if you had previous management experience and conducted presentations to large groups. Due to the nature of the role it would be essential that you have high level of organisational skills as well as excellent communications skills both oral and written. Ideally you will have legal background but this is not essential.
