Paralegal - Sexual Abuse

We are recruiting a Paralegal to support a busy criminal defence team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in criminal law, working alongside experienced lawyers on a range of cases. Previous experience in criminal law is a plus but not essential.
What You’ll Do
- Assist solicitors with the preparation and management of criminal cases
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- Help organise case files and maintain accurate records
- Support the team with court-related tasks and deadlines
Who We’re Looking For
- Law degree or equivalent legal qualification (LPC/SQE/CILEx is desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- A keen interest in criminal law and promoting access to justice
