Our client a long established and growing law firm are looking for an experienced Post Completions Assistant to join the team based in Liverpool.

This Post Completions Assistant role duties will consist of but not limited to:

* Dealing with clients over the telephone and in person

* Dealing with the Land Registry via portal

* Dealing with mortgage lenders and other relevant parties

* Making applications to facilitate the registration of legal title at the Land Registry

* Making applications to facilitate the first registration of legal title at the Land Registry

* Preparing stamp duty land tax documentation on line

The ideal Post Completions Assistant candidate will have a minimum of 3 year's experience within Conveyancing and Post completion, will be used to working in a busy team environment ideally with CQS accredited firm and be used to working on a case management system.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your Conveyancing experience with this role offering a salary of up to 17,000 per annum dependant upon experience.
