A fantastic firm located in Widnes is looking to take on a Pre-Litigation Fee Earner to join their Personal Injury Team.

The main responsibilities for the Pre-Litigation Fee Earner will be to handle a caseload of Pre-Litigation matters including RTA, EL and PL. The ideal Pre-Litigation Fee Earner will have experience handling their own case load of pre-litigated matters and have knowledge of Stages 1 to 3 of the portal. Ideally the candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience within this area of Personal Injury.

A salary of up to £20,000 is on offer for the successful Pre-Litigation Fee Earner, dependent on experience.
