I'm working with a fantastic firm based in Accrington who are looking for a Pre-Litigation RTA Fee Earner to join their growing Personal Injury team.

On a day to day basis this Pre-Litigation Fee Earner role will consist of a handling a caseload of pre-litigated RTA Files, including MOJ portal stages 1, 2 and 3 from initiation until conclusion. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role.

The salary on offer for this Pre-litigation Fee Earner role is up to £20,000 but dependent upon your previous experience.
