Private Client Qualified Solicitor

A prestigious law firm in Leicester is looking for an experienced Private Client Qualified Fee Earner to join their thriving team. The successful candidate will manage a diverse and complex caseload of private client matters, providing high-quality legal services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a varied caseload including wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, and inheritance tax.
• Offering bespoke legal advice tailored to individual client needs.
• Drafting legal documents such as Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with 2+ years of PQE in private client work.
• Expertise in estate planning, trusts, probate, and tax planning.
• Strong client communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently.
