Clayton Recruitment is a long established, market leading recruitment Consultancy based in Preston that services with niche brands including Clayton Legal that provides Solicitors and legal staff for the legal profession across the UK and Clayton recruitment who are a niche recruitment brand which includes nursing, finance, sales and marketing and commercial markets.

We are continuing to expand as we approach the end of 2020, we have exciting plans for growth. As a result, we are looking to appoint further Recruitment Consultants to develop our regional recruitment teams.

Working in a small team and reporting into a Recruitment Manager, you will manage a specific market sector/geographical area and manage existing client relationships whilst developing new business relationships with new clients and therefore it is essential you have proven business development skills.

It is likely you will have a very minimum 12 months experience and from either a professional services background or a niche area of recruitment. Above all you will be client focused, have first class communication skills and be able to provide a first-class recruitment service.
