This role will primarily focus on assisting the Partners within the department, who have a diverse and interesting caseload, focusing principally on regulatory investigations and inquiries, especially in the transport and logistics sector. In addition to assisting with their caseload, you will also have the opportunity to manage your own cases within the regulatory space.

Essential qualifications and skills:

• Qualified solicitor with 2-8 years PQE.
• Willingness to develop advocacy skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent collaboration and team-working abilities.

Desirable qualifications and skills

• Advocacy experience.
• Transport Regulatory experience or a willingness to develop in this area.
• Health & Safety experience or equivalent criminal defence background.
• Broader regulatory defence experience.
• Strong communication and IT skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and meet targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A flexible approach to work.
