Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

Newcastle

Salary Negotiable

My client is a long established law firm in Newcastle; they have a solid reputation built of over 30 years of practicing and delivering a high standard of customer care. They are now looking to recruit an ambitious Fee Earner to join their team.

You will have residential conveyancing experience and a proven track record in this area, you will be an excellent communicator both written and spoken. You will be able to work alone as well as a part of a larger team. Experience of Commercial property would be a distinct advantage but not essential

The role

You will be assisting a senior solicitor / partner with a residential caseload and to assist to develop a commercial conveyancing caseload. The type of residential files will include but not limited to;

  • Freehold and Leasehold
  • Help to Buy
  • New build (purchase and sale)
  • Right to Buy
  • Shared ownership
  • Mortgages/Re-mortgages
