My client, a long established Firm with a heritage spanning over 150 years, is recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer for an exciting opportunity at their Lancaster branch.

This Firm has benefited from a long and impeccable reputation in the local area and do not need to recruit often. They now seek a Residential Fee Earner that can join the Firm and manage an extensive caseload of Property matters from start to finish.

The successful candidate must have the ability to manage their own caseload working independently but as part of a larger team of skilled and highly experienced Solicitors and Fee Earners. We are looking for somebody who is ambitious and self motivated to deliver excellent levels of service to their repeat business, national clients.

The salary and benefits are highly competitive and our client will look at individualised performance related bonuses on top of an attractive salary.
