Our client, a Legal 500 firm with offices throughout Lancashire are seeking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer for their Preston office.

The Residential Conveyancer role will involve handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters covering; Sales & Purchases, Re Mortgages and Transfer of Equity on behalf of Freehold & Leasehold properties.

The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 4 years Residential Conveyancing experience managing their own caseload; from taking instructions to completion they must be able to demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge. Additionally, you will have excellent organisational abilities and show a clear understanding of SRA Code of Conduct, any previous case management system experience would be an advantage.
