A fantastic law firm are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team north of Sheffield.

The Residential Conveyancer will be running their own caseload autonomously from instruction to completion dealing with all aspects of sale and purchase transactions, both leasehold and freehold, remortgages and transfers of equity.

The successful candidate must be a qualified Residential Conveyancer (ideally a conveyancing solicitor/licensed conveyancer/CILEx) with at least 4 years' experience in managing a full caseload without supervision. Case management experience is essential. Business development experience would be advantageous.
