A reputable law firm are looking for a Qualified Residential Conveyancer to join their team in the East Oxford area.

The Role:

The Residential Conveyancer will be running their own caseload from instruction to completion dealing with all aspects of sale and purchase transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity (of both registered and unregistered property and both freehold and leasehold estates) from instruction through to completion and registration.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must be a qualified Residential Conveyancer (ideally a conveyancing solicitor/licensed Conveyancer/CILEx) with at 1+ years' experience in managing a full caseload. Case management experience is essential.
