Our client, a leading Legal 500 firm based in Shropshire are seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their extremely busy Conveyancing department in Shrewsbury.

The role will involve handling a varied caseload consisting of Conveyancing matters from instruction through to post completion involving sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, you will be liaising with clients and proactively progressing matters, this role requires a high importance of having good client service and care skills.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge within Residential Conveyancing and be comfortable running a caseload under minimal supervision.
