Our client, a city centre law firm with a strong commercial and Private client base, seek to appoint a Residential Conveyancer to join the team.

You will run your own caseload of up to 100 files as a Fee Earning Conveyancer from start to completion which will be made up of Freehold, Leasehold, New Builds, Transfers of Equity and Sales and Purchase. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years experience within Conveyancing and will be able to efficiently manage a caseload with minimal assistance and no supervision.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your Conveyancing experience, Salary is dependant on career level but competitive rates are on offer for the right candidate.
