A reputable law firm are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their conveyancing team in Shropshire.

The Role:

The Residential Conveyancer will be running their own caseload of all aspects of sale and purchase transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity (of both registered and unregistered property and both freehold and leasehold estates) from instruction through to completion and registration.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must be a qualified Residential Conveyancer (ideally a conveyancing solicitor/licensed conveyancer/CILEx) with at least four years' experience in managing a full caseload. Knowledge of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme and money laundering requirements is essential.
