My client, a mutli service law firm based in North West Cumbria are seeking to appoint a Residential Property Fee Earner to join their Residential Property department.

The role will involve handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters covering; Sales & Purchases, Leases, Re-Mortgages, Right to Buy, New Builds for Leasehold and Freehold properties.

The ideal applicant will possess previous Residential Conveyancing experience and be ILEX Qualified. Additionally you will be comfortable working under minimal supervision and you will have be supported in your daily duties by a Legal Secretary.
