A fantastic firm located in Salford are looking to take on an RTA Fee Earner to join their team on a permanent basis.

As an RTA Fee Earner, you will have experience handling your own caseload of both Pre-Litigated and Litigated files as you will be dealing with a mixed RTA caseload. Knowledge of the MOJ portal is essential. The ideal RTA Fee Earner will have experience in preparing Part 36 offers, as well as assessing quantum and liability. Credit Hire is desirable.

A salary of up to £25,000 is on offer for the successful RTA Fee Earner, dependent on experience.
