My client, a multi service law firm are looking for an RTA Fee Earner to join their successful team. The successful candidate will be handling a caseload of fast track and multi-track RTA personal injury cases from the point they exit portal to issue or settlement.

Daily duties:

  • Valuing personal injury, preparing part 36 advice, assessing quantum and liability
  • Running a caseload of out of-portal and RTA personal injury claims
  • Reviews for suppliers' marketing expenses
  • Controlling compliance and risk management reviews
  • Complaint handling and resolution
  • Maintaining KPI targets for post-portal cases
  • Managing abandonment and file closure

Requirements:

The Ideal RTA Fee Earner will have strong litigation skills and be able to handle a file from inception to completion, as well as being able to assess the liability, causation, and quantum issues. Pro-actively manage a minimum number of 60 files.
