The Firm:

A very reputable mid-tier legal 500 firm is currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary / PA to join the Team at their Birmingham Office as a Secretarial Coordinator managing the private client team on a 12 month FTC.

The Role:

The successful Secretarial Coordinator will possess proven secretarial and administrative skills, able to problem solve and monitor the work of others, manage sickness and absence. You must be able to manage and organise diaries. You will also conduct 1 2 1's.


The successful Secretarial Coordinator must have a proven record of managing others, whilst having excellent organisational skills and developing both client and team relationships.

It would be ideal if you have experience in either Family law or Private Client law and strong knowledge of IT systems and products will be an advantage.


Salary will be up to £24,000

25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
