I am seeking a highly experienced solicitor to join a specialist team in the North East. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior legal professional with 10+ years PQE to make an immediate impact, work with a supportive team, and play a key role in the long-term growth and continuity of this department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex criminal cases independently.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior solicitors and trainees.
• Draft and review legal documents, conduct research, and provide high-level legal advice.
• Represent clients in Police Station, and Magistrates’.
• Maintain client relationships and support strategic business goals.

• Senior solicitor with 10+ years experience in criminal law.
• Proven track record of courtroom advocacy and client management.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Willingness to travel across a wide geographical area as required.
• Proactive, strategic, and able to work independently while supporting team objectives.
• Flexibility to relocate if necessary – exceptional candidates may be considered from outside the local area.
