My Client is a well-established law firm in the North who are award winning and Law Society accredited. They are an ambitious firm with expertise in agriculture, charities, education, food and beverage, health, insurance, private wealth, real estate investment, sport, and technology. They are now seeking to recruit an experienced Employment Solicitor.

My client provides quality legal services covering all types of employment litigation, including high value, high profile claims and restrictive covenant disputes, business sales, investment and outsourcing, contracts, policies, employee relations, trade union issues, employee benefits and rewards, operational issues, reorganisations, redundancies, TUPE transfers, senior appointments and severance.

The successful Senior Employment Solicitor will manage their own claimant caseload alongside supporting senior fee earners with complex cases. You will provide a high level of client care whilst building relationships with relevant parties.

The candidate:

* Qualified Solicitor or Filex.

* (4+ years PQE, no upper limit).

* Commercially minded with business development skills to support plans for growth and develop your own career.

* Excellent client service.

* Excellent Employment Law knowledge.

* Ability to build good relationships with clients, potential clients, and multipliers.

* Supervision Skills.

Some of the following is preferred but not essential

* Previous experience of providing Employment Law support and input to Corporate transactions.

* Client following.

* Client training skills.

* Advocacy experience.
