I am currently working with a reputable and dynamic law firm with a longstanding commitment to delivering high-quality legal services. With a large and well-established Family Law department, they take pride in their client-focused approach and their dedication to achieving positive outcomes for their clients.

Position Summary: They are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Family Lawyer to join their thriving Family Law department. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience, demonstrating expertise in a wide range of family law matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to contribute to the success of their firm and make a meaningful impact in the field of Family Law.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a diverse caseload of complex family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and financial matters.
  2. Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring excellent client care and effective communication throughout the legal process.
  3. Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in court when necessary.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues within the Family Law department and across other practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
  5. Stay abreast of changes in family law legislation and maintain a high level of professional development.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in Family Law.
  2. Qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
  3. Proven experience in handling a variety of family law cases with a track record of successful outcomes.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  5. Strong research and analytical abilities.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
