Title Checker – Technical Conveyancer  (Fully Remote)
Location: Nationwide (Fully Remote)
 
Our client is a well-established firm with offices across the UK, and an excellent reputation within the conveyancing industry. They prioritise the needs of their employees and their clients, and have a modern and pro-active approach. They are thrilled to be expanding and are looking for a skilled Title Checker to join their team on a remote basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling complex title checking matters, alongside managing company purchase matters.

Duties:

  • Checking and managing complex title checking matters
  • Managing company purchase matters from start to finish
  • Liaising with other conveyancers in the team
  • Communicating effectively with team members
  • Supporting the business in achieving the expected targets in the given timescales
  • Be a knowledge base for any conveyancing questions

 
Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer (qualifications are not essential) – with the ability to title check and raise enquiries (this is essential!)
  • Strong time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
  • Exceptional organisational abilities to handle multiple cases efficiently
  • Proficiency in IT tools for document management and research
