Our client is an established and growing financial organisation based in fantastic premises on the outskirts of Preston.

They have an opportunity for 2 Will Drafters to join their Estate Planning department on fixed term contracts until Spring 2019.

Although we are seeking experienced Will Drafters, we would definitely be interested in applications from recent law graduates that are interested in working within the Private Client sector.

Reporting to the Operations & Product Technical Manager, the successful Will Drafter will:

Deliver a post sales service, developing customer Instructions for Wills, Trusts & LPAs taken by Estate Planners (telephone based consultative sales advisers) into fully drafted documents utilising a third party system or, in certain circumstances, outsource to a third party

Monitor the quality customer instructions, ensuring the customer has received best advice

Oversee the end-to-end operational workflow of the customer cases assigned to you

Provide a customer services function and manage complaints

Service customers proactively requesting Will updates or rewrites, upselling when appropriate

Provide overflow, taking on the role of an Estate Planner if necessary during peak periods

Ideal previous experience for the Will Drafter position will include:

Estate planning / Will writing or legal services

Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver challenging operational demands

Proven consultative telephone experience

Proven track record in undertaking complex administrative tasks

Strong understanding of exceptional customer service and consumer engagement techniques and ability to demonstrate application of knowledge

Proven ability to communicate with senior key stakeholders both internally and externally

Exceptional interpersonal and accuracy skills

Proven ability to deal calmly and professionally with challenging situations

Excellent organisational, time management and administrative skills

Competent software skills

Continuously strive to proactively enhance all aspects of team performance

Ability to work on own initiative whilst maintaining high accountability for the progress and the end deliverables of the team

Must be able to work in a highly pressurised environment that is subject to continuous change

Ability to be flexible in approach to working methods and appreciate the requirements of the client

Acts with credibility and integrity
