Are you an experienced Personal Injury Executive looking for your next career move?

My client is looking for a Personal Injury Executive to manage a caseload of claimant fast-track Employer's Liability and Public Liability (EL/PL) claims. You'll work closely with clients who have suffered injury, providing excellent client care while proactively progressing claims and negotiating the best possible settlements.

You'll be responsible for analysing evidence, dealing with liability, causation, and quantum, drafting legal documents, securing interim payments and rehabilitation, and identifying litigation opportunities where appropriate.

We're looking for someone with experience handling MOJ Portal, non-portal and litigated personal injury claims, alongside strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. Experience with disease and RSI claims would be desirable.
