Family Lawyer

Are you an experienced Family Solicitor seeking a role where you can take ownership of a quality caseload and make a real impact for clients?

Our client is looking for a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent professional with strong financial remedy experience to join their respected Family Department. This role would suit someone who can work independently with minimal supervision and is confident handling a broad range of family law matters.

You'll manage a varied caseload including:

• Divorce, separation, and financial remedy matters
• Private children cases
• Domestic abuse and injunction applications
• TOLATA claims
• Cohabitation and Prenuptial Agreements
• Client meetings, both in person and remotely
• Supporting colleagues and supervising work where appropriate
• Assisting with business development and profile-raising activities

The successful candidate will be: 

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent status
• Around 2+ years' PQE 
• Proven family law experience, including financial remedies
• Ability to manage your own caseload
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong IT and organisational abilities
• A professional, proactive, and client-focused approach
