The Role
You will manage a varied and rewarding private client caseload, including:
- Drafting Wills and estate planning matters
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts and related private client work
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients and their families
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service
About You
We are keen to hear from:
- Qualified Solicitors with ideally 2+ years PQE in Private Client matters
- Strong fee earners who are working towards qualification and can demonstrate substantial private client experience
- Candidates with experience handling wills, probate, estate administration, and powers of attorney
- Individuals with excellent communication and client care skills
- Professionals who adopt an empathetic, personable, and client-focused approach
