An established and highly regarded law firm based in Tamworth is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its growing and successful team.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, advising individuals and families on a broad range of areas including:

• Wills and estate planning.
• Probate and estate administration.
• Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Trusts and associated matters.
• Inheritance Tax planning.
• Court of Protection matters (where applicable).
• Providing practical and commercially aware advice to a diverse client base.
• Supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters where required.
• Building strong and lasting relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Identifying opportunities to support clients with additional legal services across the firm.
• Managing files efficiently and ensuring matters progress in line with service standards.
• Maintaining excellent levels of client care and professional conduct.

About You

To be considered, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor or due to qualify as a Solicitor.
• Have gained experience in Private Client matters during your training contract and/or previous legal experience.
• Demonstrate a genuine interest in developing your career within Private Client law.
• Have strong technical ability with a practical and client-focused approach.
• Be confident communicating with clients and providing clear, empathetic advice.
• Have excellent drafting, organisation and attention-to-detail skills.
• Be able to manage your own workload while working collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
• Be enthusiastic, approachable and committed to delivering a high-quality service.
