Private Client – Senior Associate

The role
You’ll manage your own varied and high-quality private client caseload, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Inheritance Tax planning
- Trust creation and administration
Alongside your own files, you will also:
- Support and help supervise junior members of the team
- Provide technical guidance where needed
- Work closely with the Head of Team to maintain high standards across the department
- Play an active part in a collaborative and supportive team environment
About you
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid Private Client experience (around 5+ PQE preferred, though we will be flexible for the right person)
- Has strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, IHT and trusts
- Is confident supporting and developing junior colleagues
- Is organised, approachable and commercially aware
- Enjoys building trusted long-term relationships with clients and professional contacts
- Brings a positive, team-focused attitude to their work
STEP qualification would be an advantage, but is not essential.
