Position:  Full time, permanent position

Our client, a well-regarded law firm, is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their team based in Congleton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who ideally holds 3-5+ years' conveyancing fee experience who is looking to progress their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

This is a full-time role offering hybrid working arrangements, reporting into the senior associate. You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, supported by a dedicated Conveyancing Assistant.

The role involves handling a varied range of residential conveyancing transactions, including: 

• Shared ownership and new build purchases
• Transfers of equity and transfers of part
• Adverse possession matters
• Remortgages
• Sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold transactions

You will be responsible for independently managing files while maintaining clear and proactive communication with clients, developers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progression throughout each transaction.

The successful candidate will have top organisational skills, the ability to prioritise effectively, and confidence working to deadlines are essential. You should also have a solid understanding of residential conveyancing processes, along with experience using case management systems.
