An established property team is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Fee Earner to join their busy Dartford office.

The setup is different from the traditional conveyancing model - paralegals handle the client communication, while you focus on the technical legal work and getting files completed.

Technical ownership of residential conveyancing files
Sales, purchases, transfers & remortgages
Work closely with a team of paralegals
Strong pipeline of work through established estate agent relationships
Uncapped bonus — the more you complete, the more you earn
Monday–Friday, office-based
Flexibility around start/finish times

Looking for:

✔ Experienced Residential Conveyancer / Fee Earner / Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive
✔ Strong technical residential property knowledge
✔ Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
✔ Commercially minded and motivated
