Are you seeking your next paralegal position within South Manchester?

A forward-thinking and reputable law firm based in Didsbury is inviting applications for a Legal Assistant to join their Residential Property Department.

To excel in this role, you will have a minimum of six months’ experience supporting a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner. Experience with Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) returns, Land Registry requirements, and conducting ID checks will be highly advantageous.

This is an excellent career opportunity, where your daily responsibilities will include assisting fee earners with the sale and purchase of residential properties from instruction through to completion. The role also involves managing SDLT returns, Land Registry submissions, ID verification and various general administrative duties.

The salary offered will be commensurate with experience and includes a Christmas shutdown and an additional day off for your birthday.
