The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for potential new clients – guiding them through the initial stages of their legal journey, capturing key details, and liaising with specialist teams across our Manchester, Liverpool, and London offices. This is a key position that supports legal departments, shapes client experience, and strengthens long-term relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Speaking with new and existing clients via phone, email, and online enquiries.
• Recording case information accurately using Proclaim case management software.
• Liaising with legal departments to assess, escalate, and onboard new enquiries.
• Supporting the legal teams with Know Your Client (KYC) checks and matter openings.
• Prioritising workloads and ensuring all client touchpoints are managed smoothly and professionally.
• Acting as a true brand ambassador for the firm, upholding its values and service standards.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• A law degree (or equivalent legal qualification).
• Proven customer service experience—ideally in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills—clear, empathetic, and professional.
• Accuracy and attention to detail when handling sensitive client information.
• Organised and proactive, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Desirable:

• Experience using legal systems (Proclaim experience is a plus, but training will be provided).
• Previous experience in a legal or regulated environment.
