    The referral gift will only be paid in line with the following terms and conditions:

    Terms used and their definitions:

    • Referee – refers to the person who recommends another individual to Clayton Legal
    • Referred candidate – refers to the person who has been referred to Clayton Legal

    1. The referral incentive is only applicable for referred candidates, placed into permanent roles.
    2. It is the referee’s responsibility to notify the individual being referred and ask for their consent to share their details before submission.
    3. The referred candidate must be placed by Clayton Legal, and still in that role 3 months after their start date in order to qualify for the referral incentive.
    4. The candidate must not already be on Clayton Legal’s database or known to Clayton Legal.
    5. It is the referee’s responsibility to contact the consultant they dealt with Clayton Legal to claim their referral incentive.
    6. A referee is not able to recommend themselves as a referred candidate.
    7. If the referred candidate is introduced to Clayton Legal by more than one referrer, only the first person to refer that candidate to Clayton Legal will be awarded the referral incentive.
    8. In the event of any dispute, Clayton Legal’s decision will be final.
