Our dedicated Learning and Development team are here to support all employees within the business; helping them meet their objectives, develop their skill set, and be the best they can be to thrive in their roles.

From our onboarding and induction programme where we introduce new members to Recruitmentology, right the way through to our bespoke management training , our team has access to a whole wealth of resources and tools including face-to-face classroom sessions, bespoke one-to-one development support, and online courses to learn at a time convenient to them.

We believe passionately in developing individuals to be great recruiters, showing them how to be an expert at what they do and develop their skillset. The life of a recruiter is a rollercoaster and with skill, passion and determination we are here to help them succeed.

Directly aligned with the strategic goals of the business, our team, led by qualified practitioner, Louise Kearns, delivers fun and effective training to enable all members of the Clayton team to learn, share and grow – directly impacting their development and future careers, whether that is in sales or a business support function.

Meet Our Learning & Development Specialist, Beth

Beth is a long-standing member of the Clayton team, and has worked across many parts of the business in her time here. Beth moved into the Learning and Development team in early 2020, bringing with her previous experience in training members of the team on new processes and systems. Along with Louise, Beth helps to design the training courses and materials on a whole range of subjects as well as managing our onboarding programme.
