We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic legal leader to head our clients Dispute Resolution Department. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will provide strong leadership, manage a busy caseload of complex civil litigation matters, and drive departmental success through effective team management, financial oversight, and strategic development.
This pivotal role demands a combination of expert legal knowledge, commercial acumen, and people leadership skills to ensure the department operates efficiently, compliantly, and at the forefront of legal excellence.
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ PQE in Dispute Resolution, with proven experience managing complex litigation matters.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience within a legal setting.
- Up-to-date, specialist knowledge of dispute resolution law and associated regulatory frameworks.
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent organisational skills.
- Exceptional communication and client management skills, with the ability to lead sensitively and effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, case management systems, and time recording.
- Full clean driving license with access to a vehicle.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours as required.
