The Role:
As a Criminal Defence Solicitor (NQ – 3+ PQE), you will:

  • Manage your own caseload across the full range of criminal matters
  • Represent clients at police stations, Magistrates’ and Crown Court
  • Engage with a wide range of clients, including on sensitive and high-profile cases
  • Collaborate with and support junior team members
  • Stay current with legal developments and demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional growth

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ – 3+ PQE)
  • Police Station Accreditation is desirable but not essential – full support will be provided if you’re working toward it
  • Strong advocacy, communication, and case management skills
  • A genuine passion for criminal justice and protecting the rights of individuals
  • A team player who also works well independently
  • A commitment to the values of fairness, integrity, and access to justice
