Are you a commercially minded solicitor with a passion for property law and an eye for business growth? Our client, a respected and forward-thinking Cheshire-based corporate law firm, is seeking a Senior Solicitor at Partner level to join their Structured Property Team as a key strategic figure.

• A qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with significant experience in commercial property law.
• Demonstrated success at Senior Associate or Partner level.
• A strong commercial mindset – you think beyond the legal and into the strategic.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ambition to grow a team and influence the direction of a department.
