The Role

You will work across a varied and interesting Private Client caseload, including:

  • Probate and estate administration (both taxable and non-taxable estates)
  • Drafting and advising on Wills, including more complex matters
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Inheritance Tax Planning and succession planning advice
  • Supporting clients through important life events with a personal and professional approach

You will have early client contact and the opportunity to develop increasing autonomy as your confidence and experience grow.

About You

We are looking for a:

  • NQ–2 PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Private Client professional with experience across Wills, Probate and Estate Administration
  • Strong communicator with excellent client care skills
  • Organised and proactive individual who enjoys taking ownership
  • Someone genuinely passionate about building a career within Private Client law
  • Confident relationship builder who is comfortable developing connections within the local community
