Role: Conveyancing Assistant / Paralegal

Location: Chester

Salary £28,000

I'm currently recruiting for an established and highly reputable law firm based in Chester, who are looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Assistant / Paralegal to join their busy Property Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely alongside a Senior Conveyancer, providing support across a varied residential conveyancing caseload and gaining further exposure to the full transaction process.

The Role

You will work alongside the Senior Conveyancer, supporting on a range of residential property matters including:

• Sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Dealing with clients, solicitors and third parties
• Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
• Progressing matters from instruction through to completion
• General file and administrative support

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have previous residential conveyancing experience, either as a Conveyancing Assistant, Paralegal or in a similar support role.

You'll be organised, proactive and confident dealing with clients, with a genuine interest in developing your career within residential property.
