I’m working on an opportunity with a well-established, highly regarded Lincolnshire law firm with a long-standing reputation and a strong presence across the region.

They’re looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their team in Boston.

The role offers the chance to manage a varied caseload, work closely with clients and play a part in the continued development of the department.

You’ll ideally have experience in:

• Wills, including more complex estate planning and trusts

• Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters

• Estate administration, including taxable estates

• Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax planning

• Identifying trust requirements and advising on appropriate arrangements

They’re keen to hear from someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, takes pride in delivering a high-quality service and is confident managing their own caseload.

Experience with high-net-worth clients or agricultural estates would be an advantage, as would an interest in STEP qualifications, business development or mentoring colleagues.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5.15pm
