No Regrets

It was a leap of faith when I decided to change careers and move into recruitment – but I have no regrets whatsoever. There is a real family feel here where everyone matters. There are some great, and most importantly, realistic incentives and a clear progression path. My ability to move into a management role was quickly identified and the path was laid with the relevant training to allow me to move into that level seamlessly.

One-Team Culture
