A leading and forward-thinking law firm is seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Property Fee Earner or Solicitor to join its structured and expanding Commercial Property team based in Liverpool.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, development projects, and secured lending.
• Provide high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base ranging from SMEs to national organisations and investors.
• Support the wider team with complex matters and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Maintain excellent standards of client care and service delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Solicitor (3+ years PQE preferred) or experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law.
• Commercial awareness with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
