Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of predominantly contentious probate matters, including contested wills, inheritance disputes, and estate administration challenges
- Work closely with senior colleagues to shape the department’s growth strategy
- Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management
- Ensure compliance with risk management protocols and uphold high standards of client care
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified solicitor from NQ level upwards with experience in contentious probate or related litigation
- Ideally also experienced in commercial and property litigation
- Strong technical knowledge of probate law and civil procedure
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Proactive and commercially aware, with a commitment to continuous development
- A team player who is enthusiastic about supporting department growth
