Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of predominantly contentious probate matters, including contested wills, inheritance disputes, and estate administration challenges
• Work closely with senior colleagues to shape the department’s growth strategy
• Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management
• Ensure compliance with risk management protocols and uphold high standards of client care

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified solicitor from NQ level upwards with experience in contentious probate or related litigation
• Ideally also experienced in commercial and property litigation
• Strong technical knowledge of probate law and civil procedure
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Proactive and commercially aware, with a commitment to continuous development
• A team player who is enthusiastic about supporting department growth
