Salary: £25,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal looking to take the next step in your career? This is a great opportunity to join a small, friendly, and expanding law firm based in Liverpool. You’ll be working one-to-one with a Senior Conveyancer, supporting them across a full range of residential conveyancing transactions.
This is a hands-on, full-time role ideal for someone who is confident handling files from instruction through to completion – and may be ready to begin managing a small caseload independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting a Senior Conveyancer with residential property matters from start to finish
• Drafting contracts, ordering searches, and preparing completion packs
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties
• Managing administrative duties and progressing transactions
• Potential to run a small caseload if experienced, or grow into that responsibility over time

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a residential conveyancing role
• Strong understanding of the full conveyancing process
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and within a small team
• Previous experience managing a caseload is beneficial but not essential
