Conveyancing Paralegal

Paralegal – Residential Conveyancing
Location: Cheshire or Manchester City Centre

A respected conveyancing practice with offices in both Cheshire and central Manchester is looking to recruit a Paralegal to support its experienced residential conveyancing team.

This role offers the chance to join a fast-growing and friendly legal team that handles a broad range of residential property transactions. On a typical day, you will:

• Liaise with clients, estate agents, and solicitors
• Provide quotes and assist with file opening
• Draft contract papers
• Support with exchange and completion procedures
• Handle post-completion tasks including registrations

For this position, it is essential that you have a genuine interest in residential property and are keen to develop your legal career in this area.
