Costs Resolution Team Leader – Legal Costs – Manchester

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join a leading law firm in Manchester as a Costs Resolution Team Leader within their Legal Costs team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in costs management and a passion for leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervision & Allocation: Oversee a team of Cradle to Grave Cost Draftspeople, allocating work and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Quality Control: Supervise and check bills, budgets, Points of Reply, and cost negotiations to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements.
  • Performance Management: Set and track monthly and annual targets for the team, conducting regular 121 meetings to promote development.
  • Team Development: Manage and support the growth of team members by fostering a culture of continuous learning and skills enhancement.
  • Case Management: Handle your own Cradle to Grave caseload, meeting personal financial targets.
