• Salary: £46,000–£50,000 base salary + Fee Share
• Location: Nationwide (Office-based with hybrid flexibility after probation)
• Schedule: Work smarter with our 4-day week (Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday)
• Holiday: 20 days annual leave + UK bank holidays

Experience & Qualifications Required:

• Qualified solicitor
• Minimum 7 years’ criminal duty solicitor accreditation
• Proven leadership, advocacy, and complex case-management skills
