Residential Conveyancer

I am representing a leading specialist provider of conveyancing legal services based in the North East of England who are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer. 

The firm has held a presence in the North East since the early 1900’s and their reputation for excellence is well known among local individuals and businesses alike. Almost all of their property work is either repeat business or personal referral by former clients. 

The successful applicant will be a motivated Residential Conveyancer who prides themselves on their attention to detail, accuracy and ability to think on their feet. 

The position is ideal for an individual who aspires to develop their residential conveyancing legal career in the long term. You will be given an opportunity to broaden and develop your skills and take on new responsibilities.

Salary will be negotiable based on the level of experience of the candidate but I would always look to improve on current packages. Hybrid working will also be considered.
